DescriptionA pragmatic refresher on the law of bad character evidence. The session will be lecture based with opportunities for interaction, questions and applications of what is being discussed. Participants will also be given a handout summarizing key principles and cases

Fees 

The pricing is per session:

  • Free to student members
  • $10 plus HST for Junior Active members
  • $25 plus HST for senior active members.

NOTE: If members purchase tickets to all 4 sessions, they get free attendance to 2024 Recent Call Conference.

  • Series is entirely on Zoom but there will not be any recordings available
  • Each session is individual - members can attend, 1, some, or all
